BRANDING A REAL ESTATE AGENT
Dave Dawson is a well-known and well-liked businessman in Santa Cruz who sold his boating business to go into real estate. We chose to avoid the usual glib real estate agent photo by treating his head shot like an engraving. It says 'trust', 'established', 'financial stability'. The elegant colored line elements provide a visual landscape where his photo and his broker's logo can be artfully contained. He's shot to the top of the heap in a short time, in a tough market. Dave's a great client.
